Our Owners
Route 94 is the pioneering vision of Rich and Dale who have spent their lives, riding and racing bikes around Western Australia. A small family-style personalised business, our owners have spent years riding unsupported on Adventure bikes and love sharing their extensive experience and knowledge with you.
Our owners will join you, travelling right alongside the group - imparting valuable tips, background and history of all the places we visit. Rich has twenty years of motorbike riding. Dale is a qualified DOT motorcycle driving instructor, and Tom is skilled mechanic. All those things mean you will be fully supported by a professional team you can trust.
Route 94 coaches all levels of riders, from beginners to advanced levels. Always calm, even if we ran into the unexpected, there to guide riders with any challenges, differences in the group. Solving issues quickly and effortlessly. Paying close attention to the little details, so you're guaranteed to have The Ride of a Lifetime.
Rich Pascoe
Co-Founder
As founder and owner, strong biking history from a very early age - riding motocross in Kellerberrin. Rich has travelled vast areas of Australia’s wide brown land on all different forms of motorcycles.
With three daughters all who ride (and two little granddaughters, whom Rich is eager to teach at the first available opportunity.)
Rich has had an interesting and varied career. Enjoying farming and mining. Now he is gets to follow his lifelong dream of making a career out of riding motorcycles for a living. Showing people all around this beautiful countryside. To him, nothing better than standing around the fire, hearing about everyone’s dreams and aspirations and throwing out words of encouragement.
Dale Hill
Co-Founder
Dale is a co-founder of Route 94 and a fully qualified DOT Motorcycle Instructor.
He lives and breathes motorcycles. Touring is something he’s most passionate about, and that love for the Australian bush, our beautiful country and showing that off to others in style.
Taught to ride at the age of 12 by his grandfather, Dale got into motorcross racing at aged 13 and later progressed to road bikes to get his own licence.
Dale was riding motorcross and enduros in Pilbara in his 30s, when he began teaching others to ride - Beginners and Learners for past twenty years, 2002 to 2021.
Tom Reuterink
Experience Tour Guide & Mechanic
Introduced very young to motorcycles by his father, as soon as he was able, Tom got his licence.
First with a passion for riding road bikes, for ten years and after, introduced to dirt bikes which opened up a whole new world of experiences and adventure for him.
Tom is a qualified motor mechanic by trade, operator of heavy machinery for several years and he is our “Mr Fix it“ for Route 94.
